  4. Over bleeding period. Or anything else?

Over bleeding period
I just want to know that my aunt feeling very bad of over bleeding for past 10 days. We have been consulted a Dr and did all scans as per the dr advised. After that they advised to do biopsy. Can u please tell me, that she can do biopsy or  anything else?? I have attached the reports for your references.

Detail clinical examination is necessary to comment, by sonography as she is having small fibroid, it's not the alone reason for bleeding, considering her age better to go for endometrial  curettage, diagnosis  is important
