Ovarian Tortion
Hi Doctors, I had right ovarion torsion 3 months back and that got cured through medicines. After taking oral contradictions for 2 months, this month I'm due for tomorrow and I'm experiencing period like cramps from past 2 days. Is there any chance of ovarian to get twisted one more time or is it normal period cramps. Kindly help!! Thanks

Most probably you didn't have torsion of the ovaries. If there is torsion of ovary it has to be corrected surgically. Please get a sonography done to know the size of ovaries.

Iam sorry but ovarian torsion can’t be treated with medications, there is nothing to treat via tablets. And yes torsion can occur again But it is associated with excruciating pain
