myo inositol is given for pcod or ovarian cysts...all9 has folic acid mecobalamine to prevent neural tube defects and neuralgic pain....can u b more clear when was the last time u had ur cycle if its irregular then kindly consult ur obg specialist. ..rule out ectopic preg.. ovarian cysts can be treated medically by giving ocp pills or doing laparotomy or laparoscopy and doing cystectomy...
