Osteoporosis young age
I was diagnosed with osteoporosis at age of 22  now my age is 23 my bone density score of spine  was T score -3.3 and Z score -2.0 For femur bone it was -2.7 and - 1.9 tested all hormones like tsh, pth, t3, t4, anti TTG , celiac disease, calcium, albumin, phosphorus, cortisol , testosterone all are normal. My bone marker values are CTX : 538 pg/ml, PINP : 105 ng/ml

Hello.. Your reports suggest z score in osteopenic range.. At this age decrease in bone density should be thoroughly investigated for underlying cause for same, called as secondary osteoporosis... Causes common are steroid intake, malabsorption, Vit D deficiency, hyperpathyroidism, gonadal deficiency, hypercalceuria.. Nee to investigate more so plz consult endocrinologist in person for examination.!!!
