My doctor suggest Teriparatide injection IPBONMAX PTH PRE-FILLED DISPOSABLE PEN DEVICE (750 µg/3 mL) for 3 months It has been 1 month now, I am not having much pain, should I continue for 3 months or not?

The only significant point in your description is that you are only 19 years old. You should be properly evaluated by an Endocrinologist to find the cause for Osteopenia at such a young age. Treatment is secondary.
