Orofer xt dosage

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hello doctor's My baby is 6 months 15 days old.. doctor prescribed orofer xt drops 0.7ml till 1 year but I'm not sure it's once or twice per day..please find attached prescription and advise. Thanks.
