I am sending my first x-ray which is shown in first pic. I got this x-ray one month before. After that i got my second x-ray which is shown in second pic (first from right). This is my latest x ray. is there any relation between two of them. In both x-ray is there any kind of similarity. I want to know if the x-ray is same what will be the treatment. First or second molar tooth require some kind of treatment or not.

Both your X-rays reveal confirmed decay in ur second molar which has approached the nerves of ur teeth , hence u will need a root canal treatment for that tooth .
Your first molar too has a decay and does need a clinical examination to make a diagnosis and find out if u need a root canal or only a filling would suffice .
