Oral ulvers
I am on Sompraz hp kit for H. Pylori. The drugs have caused multiple oral painful ulcers on tongue, below tongue, on palate. Please consult for the treatment.

Firstly you have to understand you can only snub the symptoms you can not cure the cause because oral ulceration is a side effect of the drug being used. So to snub the symptoms you can apply hexagel or mucopain / dologel etc to relieve the pain . Secondly I won't suggest you to take any sort of medication for oral ulcers alone as it will vanish only after your main causative drug is replaced or stop.

Apply hexigel or dologel on the affected area. Avoid hot and spicy food. Consult your doctor about adding a probiotic to your diet. Add a bcomplex tablet if you are not taking it.
