I'm effected with covid on 22nd April then affected with typoid now suffering from severe oral trush pic after using deoxyrange syrup . Teeth and gums also became black . Nose is blocked plz suggest me treatment and diet.

Please stop deoxyrange syrup or any other iron supplements you r taking currently. U can use betadine gargle. Consult your near by head and neck surgeon or maxillofacial surgeon or an ENT . Mucor organisms grow abundantly in iron reach media. U might have to get a CT PNS or MRI PNS after a thorough check up to rule out mucormycosis.
