Hello sir, this is called as OSMF which is nothing but the thickening of your oral mucosa that's is the reason for the restricted mouth opening, the treatment options always depends upon the stage of the OSMF so the treatment starts with local steroids application which is the gel form along with the multivitamin supplements, if the OSMF severe then you need the local steroid injections for atleast 4-6 sittings.
