Leukoplakia is a clinical terminology which correlates with microscopic findings of dysplasia. The reversibility of such lesions is subjective according to the case and rational opinion cannot be given without a look at the clinical condition of the affected area as well as the histopathology report.
The first thing that you can do and should do is quit the Habit immediately because unless you do that any treatment will be ineffective and reversibility can never be expected.
Generally speaking, reversibility "can be expected" in cases of mild to moderate dysplasia if the patient quits the Habit completely and maintains a good nutrition and other healthy oral habits. But is is not universally applicable rule.
In case of severe dysplasia or invasive carcinoma reversibility is very very rare. But even that does not mean that the Habit can be continued.
Search for an oral pathologist in your vicinity and go for a proper clinical evaluation and a biopsy to ascertain the level of dysplasia in your case.
