The cyst which u said has been removed was it a mucocele? What kind of cyst was that. ..kindly go back to the same dentist where cyst removal was done .. it can be improper removal of cyst or inflammation after the removal of cyst or re infection in the affected area . Only further evaluation and clinical findings can come.to the diagnosis n further treatment .
