Oral lichen planus
Suffering since last 1 year.. both cheeks, inner side of upper lip even now fast spreading to tongue.. No response to oral corticosteroid and some respond to local application of steroidal creams but not getting comers cure..

C. SM fibro,  once a day, continue. C. Melcovit gold, for a month. once a day, Visual examination very much required for prescribing further for such cases. Pls attach some picture of all the areas with striae present and explain all symptoms in details. Specify names of already used medications.
