Oral lichen planus
My mother is 50 years old and was diagnosed with oral lichen planus on her palate extending to buccal mucosa 7-8 months back. She was advised kenacort for topical application and antoxid ever since. In 3-4 months, the lesion healed but recurred again though she did not stop her medicine. She has been taking antoxid and also has GERD.

Just rule out any cancer, which can be the case of non healing ulcers. Please consult. Otherwise you need to consult an ENT specialist.
