Oral lichen planus
My mother is 50 years old and was diagnosed with oral lichen planus on her palate extending to buccal mucosa 7-8 months back. She was advised kenacort for topical application and antoxid ever since. In 3-4 months, the lesion healed but recurred again though she did not stop her medicine. She has been taking antoxid and also has GERD. Who should I consult further
