Oral lichen planus?
I have shown this to various dentists they're saying its normal but dermatologists are saying its oral lichen planus. I am not sure what to do. I have absolutely no issues with the pigmentation, i get it, its physiological. But the issue that's bothering me is dry mouth. My tounge feels dry, my buccal mucosa feels abnormally dry even though enough saliva is there, i am literally scared now about it being any malignant issue :(. What should I do, how do I resolve this dryness? Tongue feels dry after i drink water(feeling is like when you tongue touches any hot object after that how it feels, like that, rough). Please help me. Right now m taking becosule z, lymcee and aquasol a capsules. Please help, i want to get rid of this dryness!

In my opinion, this feels like a normal mucosa. for oral lichen planus, the most common symptom that you would have had is a burning sensation, especially while having spicy food. For oral dryness, firstly look at your water intake, whether you are dehydrated or not. Secondly, do get your sugar levels tested, whether you have diabetes or not. If at all it doesn't subside then do feel free to consult any Oral Surgeon nearby or via online consultation. Also do look out for any skin rashes or other abnormalities.
