I have oral lichen planus which neither cause pain nor itechy but those patches looks bad and need it to be removed plz help anyone treating this problem

Lichen plains occurs due to abnormal immune response. It can disappear on its own sometimes. For skin lesions phototherapy is done . However it is not done for oral lesions. Your doctor may prescribe corticosteroid creams etc . Consult a physician for further treatment
