Inside my mouth is burning badly and turned red I am not able to eat food. I can't move tongue. paining badly. Can't swallow. Even tooth paste is also burning. Taking b complex. E n t Doctor advised me to take candid gel and some numbing gel before eating food . That is not helpful. I don't even understand which specialist I have to see.
