Oral hairy leukoplakia

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Hello doctor after 2 month from hiv exposure I developed oral hairy leukoplakia but all my hiv tests are negative even after 3 months of hiv exposure , what should I do now?i am really confused, I don't have any other diseases, dr told to repeat tests . I had 4th generation , hiv rna qualitative after 3 months, all are negative . Please guide me.
