Oral glucose tolerance test in pregnancy

Asked for Female, 30 Years

For oral gtt is fasting blood sugar taken..Iam pregnant 7 months..my Dr has said to take glucond 75 gm and do blood test after 2 hrs ..not mentioned anything about fasting blood sugar
