Oral fibrosis
I have osmf due to tobacco chewing habit.I am unable to open mouth .. while trying to open I feel severe pain near my jaw joint area of right side of my mouth. My intrinsical distance is 30mm... I have already taken intrallesionally steroid and hyaluronidase injection therapy along with antioxidants. But no satisfactory result and still have pain. Which treatment do I need to followup? Kindly suggest.

Your mouth- opening is good for an osmf patient. Intra lesional steroids and antioxidants are the best treatment st your stage
Are you following the therapy with any mouth- opening exercises ?
