Oral cancer
I was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma and for that I underwent chemotherapy because of which I m not able to eat anything .I'm balancing my diet only with liquids .. but after 3 months I started getting pain again in my mouth for which I took CT scan again .the reports are attached with it. Now it's increasing in size ,the doc whom I was consulting said surgery cannot be done and he is giving me remtrex tablets .. please give me a specialized view about what can be done and whether it can be treated or not .. pls help I'm in pain.

The ct scan reports is not completely clear The information got from that indicate that the tumor is locally advanced. Since you have completed chemotherapy, your option now is only chemotherapy. You can review with full ct reports for further planning

Ideally you need surgey but looks inoperable hence you require chemo or targeted therapy .. Later u may be treated with sbrt based on lesion extent and size...as last resort Please meet in person for best opinion

Now you have recurrence of cancer. Now we can try palliative chemotherapy,  targeted therapy or immunotherapy. For adequate pain relief morphine to be added. If immunotherapy or targeted therapy tried means we will get good response(as per latest evidence). But cost is very high. Discuss with your doctor for better treatment
