Oral cancer
I'v been chewing tobacco for past 10 years. I got an ulcer inside my mouth in jan 2017. Biopsy was taken which reported negative. I have poor mouth opening. I took MRI and PET scans .And again a biopsy which reported positive. Doc i consulted ,suggested for Chemotherapy and other doc said radiology. I dont know which treatment to follow now.

I need to see your reports to decide treatment as it will depend on site extent and stage of the disease.As for most of the oral cancers surgery would play a major role so advise for upfront radiation needs to be checked why it has been offered.
