Below is the IMPRESSION of CT scan report:
CT study of neck and upper mediastinum shows-
1. Post operative status with right segmental and hemi-mandibulectomy with bone graft in situ
2. ILL-Defined infiltrating mass lesion seen involving the right maxillary gingivo-buccal sulcus region, extending into the right maxillary sinus, destroying the hard palate extending into the ipsilateral oral cavity, extending posteriorly to have flushed fat plane with the lateral pterygoid muscles.
3. Necrotic jugular diagastric lymphnodes as decribed above
The constellations of these findings are highly sucspicious for recurrent growth in the right maxillary gingiva-buccal sulcus region.
It would be worthwhile to have histopathological evaluation.
