Opinion required for Hyperthyroidism
2nd opinion required: Marriage date 4th Feb 2018. My wife had 2 miscarriages. First in Jan 2019, 2nd in Jan 2020. Tests report: TORCH(Igm): Negative Hb: 11.2 Fasting sugar: 89 *TSH*: 0.01 {Low (range is 0.39-5.5) *T3*: 354 {High (range is 60-202) *T4*: 12.6 {High (range is 4.4-11.6) *Prolactin*: 45.4 {high (range is 1.2-19.5)} Diagnosed with *Hyperthyroidism* and increased *Prolactin*. Weight reduction in last 1-1.5 months: 5-6 kgs. A Diabetologist/ Endocrinologist & a Gynec from Narendra Mohan hospital evaluated her and suggested: For Thyroid: - Neomercazole 10 mg daily - Ciplar LA 40 mg daily For Prolactin: -Cabgolin 0.25mg for 3 months(twice in a week) *Her Problems:* - Irregular periods sometimes. - She feels lack of energy whole day. - Frequently bowel syndrome, especially after eating sweets, oily and junk food. - High hairloss. - Very low appetite. - Weight reduction (71 to 65 kg) Please suggest does she need any other test or medicines ?

Hello after seeing reports it looks case of thyrotoxicosis likely graves... Cause of raised prolactin is not evaluated... Need to evaluate.. Her thyroid profile is not controlled yet that may be cause of recurrent miscarriages Kindly consult well qualified Endocrinologist DM /DNB for proper evaluation and holistic treatment
