Opening of urethra

Asked for Male, 24 Years

A skin between opening of urethra under the meatus. This skin joined between two urethra. Easily visible. Is this normal or any kind of abnormalities or any medical condition. My husband very tensed about it. We discoverd it one month ago. But from yesterday frequent urination but not any pain or discomfort. Plz help us out.
