Open myomectomy pain

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi doctor I am 24 yrs I undergone open myomectomy surgery in 2015, I did not have any pain till strday..but from sterday I have pain in my open scar area...in the left side lower abdominal. today is my 4 the day of periods and I did not had any sort of pain in past ...what could be the problem??

It is not due to that surgery.May be other problem.Get done ultrasonography to know the exact pathology of abdomen.It maybe gastric pain or pain of constipation.Tske antacid syrup or tablet.Drink plenty of water.
