Only Right side Lower back pain. This.

Hello doctor, I am a cirrhotic patient, all of sudden 15 days back at afternoon i was lying on bed and when i woke up i felt a heavy stiffness in my lower back after that i took 1 tab for 10 days of caldikind plus ,almox cv 625 and  1 tab for 7 days of intagesic mr. At starting for 3 days i also used hot bag as i was unable to bend a bit without taking support. At onset of this symptoms i used to feel the mild pain radiating towards right side testicles also. As of now, No mild or any pain in testicles, No pain in entire back portion except the lower back of right side, No any other any kind of symptoms like vomit,hunger loss,anxiety, No pain in any abdomen, liver area etc in one line i can say there is no pain in any part by god grace niether any disturbing symptoms like fever vomit loss of hunger anxiety etc. My bilurubin always used to be in between 1.5-2.5 from last one year, Sgpt and sgot between 50-70. Now what can be the problem i am thinking and very much stressed about this.
