Only one ovary producing egg past 3 mont
I am undergoing follicular study and it shows that the left ovary only producing the eggs past three months. Is something wrong with right ovary? I have pcod, amh level is 3

No it is not mandatory for both the ovaries to produce eggs
In pcos patients AMH levels are inherently high
So that is not an adequate way to check ovarian function
