Only blood clot no blood in period..

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I have been taking letrozole for ovulation since last one year... since two years i have been fac ing reduced period flow issue (from 4 days earlier to 1 1/2 to 2 days) Last month on cycle day 9, i had done tb-pcr by extracting endometrium lining in clinic (which came negative). Today i am late for my periods by 7 days, pregnancy test negative... Today i think i started periods, but it is only blood clots, no blood flow.. I am very confused on what is going on... Kindly pls advise...
