Recently my schedule has been very hectic. I have been travelling very frequently and my flights are mostly early morning ones while I fly back. Everytime after I come back in an early morning flight I get a one sided headache from my eye and I dont feel Like eating anything at that time. Sometimes I take paracetamol and this subsides. This week had been very stressful so far and today again I got up early and hence now getting mild one sided headache from eye to head. Why is this happening ? How can I cure this?
