One side head ache from neck to eyes

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I am suffering from cervical spondylosis since 1 and half year of C4&C5 sections. Recently from past three months. I have been suffering from a headache on left side behind my eyes to the left side of neck to back of my neck.My both hands and legs frequently tingles and I get a intense pain in tip of my little finger to shoulders. I do smoke.Niw I am greatly worried about this one side headache. Please suggest me the reason and treatment.

Most such one sided headaches, particularly if throbbing and associated with vomiting or nausea are due to Migraine. Very rarely there may be some major problem like tumor.
