Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have taken unwanted 72 after unprotected intercourse, within 26 hrs, but next day of pill Again I had to go through a forceful act of intercourse What should I do now? Should I take another pill ? Or that previous pill will prevent me from pregnancy?
