One Eye getting red and having itching

Asked for Female, 10 Years

Hi doc My 10 year daughter having one eye red and itching also from 3 to 4 days...doc said it is episcleritis...he prescribed loteprednol and decomin plus eye drop... But decomin plus( its alternative zoline plus) both eye drop is not available in our area... Please suggest any other alternative for decomin plus so that i can get it in my area ... I attaching the pic also
