I had PCOS but for the past one year everything was normal since I engaged in regular exercise. But after stopping that my menstural cycle delayed. From 25 days cycle to 33 days cycle. Suddenly ter was a gap for 71 days and I got my periods that lasted only for one day. is this due to pcos or preganancy.
