One day period
I am 34 years old and from past 1 or 1.5 years I have noticed change in my period days. The number of days have reduced. Now , it is only one middle day of heavy period and rest of the days in that duration only spotting. Is it a symptom of some underlying problem? Because am trying to conceive and have not got the desired results yet.

It shows that your level of oestrogen is sub normal. You should get your sonography of the lower abdomen done, with a view to study ovulation. You should consult a Gynaecologist with your sonography studies. Hormone studies can be planned after that.
