One day bleeding

Asked for Female, 37 Years

I had taken two ipills at different dates last month . I had withdrawal bleeding and post that this month I had light bleeding only for one day with blood strings .. pregnancy test done at home is negative ... Is it normal ... I am on thyroxine 100 mg medication
