One breast is tight and paining

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I just completed 8th month of pregnancy. Since morning I have fever. I got urine and blood test. It showed pus cells in urine and high wbc count. Also high C practice protein. Now I am having pain in my left breast and it is very tight also. Please suggest the reason.
