On implant and depo, still bleeding.
I am a white 36yr old from the UK. Since the birth of my son 5 yrs ago, I have been on implanon implant. my periods became irregular and bled more than once in a month. I had a new implant in 2016 and still had the problems I have a regular problem with my iron levels, always fatigued due to these issues. Last February I bled for a week then off for 2 days then bled for a further 2 weeks. I had the repo injection a month ago along side my implant, my bleeding is still very irregular.

Clearly progesterone isn't working for you. What you need is an ultrasound pelvis. Depending on what comes up on that, further treatment has to be planned. Also check your thyroid levels
