On going pain the inside Vagina.

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have missed my periods by 4 days. Last start date of my period was 7th March. Im constantly in pain inside my Vagina. The pain comes and goes please advise what the problem could be ?? I have tested im not pregnant. What can cause the pain inside the vagina and all around the clitrious area to the bladder area. What can i have to heal the pain and problem. Also just in the last couple of weeks i have been getting alot of acne marks spots on my face. Can this be related? I do have iron low too
