On and off bleeding while pregnant

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I have been on and off bleeding for two weeks and this morning it look like period blood but I'm bot cramping and I had a blood clot. When I don't bleed I have either light or mild cramping but no bleeding. But when I bleed I have no cramping. I have called the doctors office and they didn't answer and I have to wait until Monday to call again.
