first of all state why you're on it..as in few diseases it is required to continue steroids for longer time..and never stop at once...discuss your history and let the doctor taper it
Steroids in long term do have side effects. So I’m not sure of the indication for your cause. Ideally it can be stopped by slowly tapering the dosage and stopping it yet with a consultation with Doctor
