Hsg is must to confirm tubal patency first...then only iui ..after husband's recent semen analysis report....

Yes. IUI may increase your chances of getting pregnant because they will prepare the semen before it is injected into the uterus. That doesn't mean that you have no chance of pregnancy naturally.

Reasons fr the low count need to be evaluated n treated Post iui if the desired count n motility is achieved yes u can go with iui

You should undergo IUI in order to conceive early. But before starting IUI, make sure your fallopian tubes are tested for patency. Also get your husband examined to determine the cause of reduced sperm count. If any reversible cause is found, his sperm count will improve with medications.
Next Steps
Undergo an HSG or diagnostic laparo hysteroscopy to determine tubal patency and then go for IUI.
