Oligoclonal bands
I had tingling sensations on my left side of hand neck and back head. Docs suspecting nuero problem made me undergo MRI with and without contrast which showed one active lesion. My VEP Test was normal and all other autoimmune protein detecting tests were normal. My LP was weakly positive for oligoclonal bands. Do I have MS or am I progressing towards it!?

Weak oligoclonal band is indicative of MS. But clinically and Neuroimaging and EMG/NCV will help more to come to final conclusion.Trial of Inj Methyl Prednisolone should be given.Do not wait for long and consider for early treatment.
