Oligoasthenospermia - Can be cured?
Hello Doctor, I've taken semen analysis test with 4 days of abstinence. The result came out as "Oligoasthenospermia". Macroscopic View Volume: 2ml Consistency: watery Ph: 7.5 Liquefaction time : 20 mins  Microscopic view Sperm concentration: 3 by 10^6 Total count: 6 by 10^6 Class a: rapid progressive motility 20% Class b: slow/sluggish progression: 34% Class c: non progressive motility: 6% Class d: Immotile : 40% Fructose: positive  Viability test: 68% Sperm Morphology: Normal 35% Sperm agglutination, round cells etc : nil  Next day after semen test, I've appeared for serum Hormone profile test. Test result as follows  FSH: 2.88 mIU/mL LH: 5.82 mIU/mL Prolactin: 9.30 ng/mL Testosteron: 1.62 ng/mL My question as follows : 1.Can this be cured with medication? 2. Do I need to go for an assisted method to father a child? 3. Sifasi injection and coqlc tablet was advised for medication. Can it help me to get recover quickly? Pls suggest. Looking forward to your reply.
