Old cough and fever
I have cough from last 4 5 months. From last 2 months also have fever which start every afternoon and stay till the midnight upto 99.5 grade Upper stomach is also a bit hard For some time i also feel laboured breathing. There is always wet cough. Pain in legs and hands. No loss in apatite, no loss in taste/smell. From last 2 days pulse rate is 105. Hematogram attached

To record temperature 6 hourly sputum for AFB x 2days X-ray chest PA view. tab P 650 mg 1tab SOS. After reports are  available, definite treatment can be given.

Chronic productive cough with fever needs detailed evaluation including chest x ray sputum examination for ZN stain and aerobic culture. Consult pulmonologist immediately. If not possible can take teleconsultation
