Oil pulling
Hi, I heard oil pulling is good for oral hygiene and to avoid cavities and plaque. Recently I had RCT and dental filling. Can I do oil pulling even after RCT and dental filling. Does it have any effect. Please guide me. Thanks a lot.

Yes oil with a small quantity of salty water put in the mouth for few minutes and move internal.this procedure is known as kawal in ayurved.so you may use kawal twice a day after meal.the  ayurvedic oil is special brand .so you should consult with Dr saini.
