Odd structure in vagina

Question

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I have a fleshy tounge like structure in my vagina,it is smooth and is as big as a cherry at the end(closer to my vaginal opening)but is thinner as it goes up towards my cervix, it doesnt seem to be attached to a particular wall I can run my finger around it. (Sorry tmi) It's about an inch up inside me and I have no clue what it is. I'm 19 and non sexually active, I have pcos, heavy periods, and I suspect endo as well if that helps.
