Pregnancy is 23.5 wks , dosages of antibiotics in ear drops are very low, second thing those will mostly act locally, may help to clear the infection.

Mam since the systematic side effects of these drops very minimal, u can use them if absolutely necessary. Consult ur doctor again for if any substitute drugs can be given as ur pregnant.
