Ocasional pus,epithelial,gram neg bacili
Hi doctors It's been a month already since vaginal burning sensation started and I had 4-6 pus cells n hazy urine appearance so took niftas 100 mg for 5 days and syrup citralka. But even after 15 days burning was there so gave for culture n it showed enterococcus faceils bacteria 10^ 4-10^5 cfu so dctr gave moxyclav 625 mg for 7 days repeated the test on 11 day after starting antibiotics, second sample of urine. Also same day around 3 I got my menses. so the test result says 4-6 pus cells and rest all is normal in routine where as culture says no growth in culture. But scanty urethral flora is seen in culture and occasional pus cells and occasional epithelial cells and occasional gram negative bacili seen. Does this mean I still have infection or it's in curing period? Should I take any antibiotics or this will become normal soon.? I still feel mild burning feel like alternative days for sometime. Also attached the report please please help me out
