सर्,मैं इस बीमारी से पिछले कई साल से परेशान हूँ और अब मैं एक सरकारी नौकरी करता हूँ मुझे गंदगी को लेकर ये बीमारी बडी परेसान करती है मैं सब कुछ जानते हुए भी समझते हुए भी अपने आप को रोक नही पाता लेकिन पिछले2-3 सालों से मुझे एक और बड़ी समस्या है कि मुझे खून आदि से बीमारी होने का डर रहता है और मैं अपने आप को बीमार होने से ज्यादा अपने परिवार को लेके चिंतित रहता हूँ। हालांकि उस दौरान मैं अपने आप को थोड़ा रोक लेता हूं लेकिन जो अंग या शरीर का कोई भी हिस्सा जो कि ऐसी चीज जहाँ खून या खून का धब्बा हो उसके touch हो या कोई और इंसान अगर उस चीज के touch हुआ है और वो बाद में मुझसे मिला और उसके मैं touch हो गया तो मैं उस अंग या उस पार्ट को जब तक काम में नही लूंगा जब तक मैं उसे अच्छी तरह साफ न कर लूं या अपने हिसाब से नहा न लू। जिस दीवार पर खून का धब्बा या खून 2 माह से पहले का लगा है और अगर मैं उसके touch हो गया तो भी मुझे ऐसा लगता हैं कि अब मुझे कोई न कोई बड़ी बीमारी हो जाएगी मुझे बहुत ज्यादा anxiety होती हैं। मैं बहुत दुखी हूं।😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
